At Camp Scribble, our team is so excited to meet each and every one of our scribblers. There are a few policies we need to keep in mind. Please carefully read and agree to the below and contact us with any questions or concerns. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

TUITION & FEES

• Camp fees are $175.00 for the full week, Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm and must be paid in full at the time of registration. Standard drop-off begins at 8:45am.
• For campers needing an earlier start time, you may drop-off at 8am for an additional $25.00 per week.
• Scholarships are available for those in financial need. Please contact us to learn more.
• Refunds: Once tuition is drafted, it is non-refundable.
• Cancellation or Failure to Attend: Lack of attendance at any time or for any duration does not result in a refund.
• Camp t-shirt and all supplies are included in camp tuition.

SNACKS AND LUNCH

• One snack will be provided each day. If your child has a specific allergy or dietary restrictions, please let us know so we may accommodate.
• Each child should bring a sack lunch each day along with a refillable water bottle.
• We are happy to accommodate various needs. Please be sure to list all allergies and dietary restrictions for us. If someone signs-up with a specific allergy, we will notify parents beforehand that we will not allow those items to be brought.

ATTIRE

• Dress in comfortable attire and be ready to have fun. Closed toe shoes are highly recommended.
• Please note that we will be working with paint and will likely get a bit messy. We will do our best, but clothing may get damaged.
• Camp shirts will be provided on Monday and are encouraged to be worn the full week.

DROP-OFF AND LATE PICK-UP POLICY

• Camp hours are 9am-2pm. Drop-off occurs between 8:45am-9:00am at the front entrance. We will start activities right at 9am.
• For those needing an earlier drop-off time, we will have early drop-off starting at 8am at the front entrance. A small fee of $25 for the full week of early drop-off does apply. We will have a morning activity planned for that time for those campers to enjoy.
• Parents or guardians are required to pick up their students at the front entrance as soon as camp ends. A 10-minute grace period is permitted for occasional and unforeseen circumstances.
• Parking and walking is available, however, we encourage you to drive up to the front entrance for immediate drop-off. There will be a Camp Leader to escort your child from your care to the main entrance.

ILLNESS

Please keep children at home who have been sick in the past 24 hours. This includes: fever, yellow-greenish mucus from nose, vomiting, pink-eye or having diarrhea, as they are considered contagious and need to stay away from other children. As with any children’s program, keeping the children and staff healthy keeps us all happy!

BEHAVIOR

Camp Scribble strives to provide a positive experience for all children. In order for all children to have an optimal experience, we expect all students to meet behavioral expectations that promote a positive environment. We reserve the right to deny or discontinue enrollment of students or campers who do not meet these expectations. This includes, but is not limited to: hitting, biting, using inappropriate language and other disruptive behaviors.

I understand that I, my child(ren) and my guest(s) may be photographed or otherwise recorded at Camp Scribble.

I agree on behalf of myself, my child(ren) and my guest(s) that Camp Scribble may use our names and likeness (in any form and without regard to likeness being altered or photoshopped) in photographs, videos or other media, without any additional consideration to me, my child(ren) or my guest(s).

I grant Camp Scribble and its agents permission to utilize any of our name(s), image(s) and/or likeness(es).

If you wish to not to agree to this photo release, please notify Camp Scribble management before submitting your child(ren)’s registration.

I, for the sole consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, of the right to participate in the event or program described as Camp Scribble (the Program), do hereby agree to the following relating to the Program.

I fully and voluntarily consent to my child(ren)’s participation in the Program. I hereby acknowledge my awareness that participation in the Program may expose me/my child(ren) to risk of property damage, bodily or personal injury. Participation could include certain physical activities such as swimming, lifting, crossing streets, parking lots and intersections. I understand that the risks that I/my child(ren) may encounter include, but are not limited to, transportation accidents, injury from falls, injury in inclement weather, bumps, bruises, cuts and abrasions, muscle strains and sprains, and exposure to contagious diseases which may cause death, as well as other risks that may not be foreseeable. I knowingly and freely assume any and all such risks.

In exchange for being allowed to participate in the Program, I hereby release and forever discharge and agree to indemnify Tenderling LLC., its members individually and their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind, arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with my/my child(ren)’s participation in the Program. I further covenant and agree that for the consideration stated above, I will hold forever harmless and will not take legal action against Tenderling LLC., its members individually, and their officers, agents, and employees for any claim for damages arising or growing out of my/my child(ren)’s participation in this activity whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that the acceptance of this Release, Waiver of Liability, and Covenant not to sue shall not constitute a waiver, in whole or part, of sovereign immunity by Tenderling LLC., its members, officers, agents, and employees.

I certify that I understand and have read the above carefully before agreeing and submitting my child(ren)’s registration for the Program. I acknowledge and represent that I freely and voluntarily affirm this Agreement, and that it is my express intent that this Agreement shall contractually bind my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and my child(ren)’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, as well as myself and my child.
